IT'S NATIONAL SEWING MONTH, Great time to do annual maintenance on your machine. Change your needle, check for burrs on the plate and feet, clean the lint from the bobbin case area and feed dogs, and wipe down the exterior of the machine to keep it nice and clean.
Have you been ignoring software updates? September is the best time to check to see if sewing your machine is up to date with the latest firmware. Check the installed version on your machine. Go to the machine page on the manufacturer's site. This will take you to a new page where you can download the latest firmware.
